Understanding mental health and how to best treat mental health concerns starts with research. Mental Health Research 4 Kids is an innovative University of Calgary research program that aims to improve knowledge and treatment of child and adolescent (0-18 years of age) mental health concerns.
The program maintains a research registry that supports connecting researchers with young people and families that are interested in participating in mental health research. The registry supports study recruitment for investigators studying child and adolescent mental health and have University of Calgary REB approval.
Here is how it works:
1. Review our Mental Health Research 4 Kids Guide for Researchers
2. Fill out the Registry Terms of Use Form and Investigator Request Form.
3. Contact us at mhresearch4kids@ucalgary.ca if you have any questions, and we will be in touch once the forms are completed!
